Art Lessons in Bergen County

Barbara Yeterian Has been an Art teacher to Children,
Teens and Adults for over 25 years.

Ms. Yeterian takes pride in helping each student reach his or her full potential. She believes that Basic skills in drawing and painting are very important prior to developing ones own technique. Ms. Yeterian can guide you through these basics and go on to help you show your own personality and style through your artwork. She has helped many young people develop excellent portfolios that have helped them enter specialized high schools such as: Bergen Academy and La Guardia HS. in N.Y.C as well as fine colleges, e.g.: Cornell University, University of Pennsylvania, Pratt Institute, Parson School of Design, Wesleyan, Cooper Union, Rhode Island School of Design, Maryland Institute College of Art, etc.

About Lessons:

  •  Lessons for Children and Teens are held  five days a week
  •  Adult Lessons are held on Friday
  •  Lessons are 2 hours long
  •  Lessons are One on One within a Class
  •  Classes are maintained in small groups for better individual attention
  • Private Lessons also available

Ms. Yeterian provides an occasional art show for all her students to exhibit their artwork.
